We usually ask these questions when we are finding the right team leader.
1. Does this person know enough about the current business strategy? There might be a small gap between business demand and the technology tool required, we need to find the right business intelligence to understand trends and to harmonize between the human and the technology.
2. Does this person understand our clients? We expect our project leaders at XsperaApac to be the best at linking technology to the business needs ; connecting the client’s needs and finding the right technology tools to help our customers gain a competitive advantage
3. Can this person work in an agile environment? Digital transformation requires a quick and timely response, will this leader have the ability to keep up?
4. Should this person be trusted? Last but not least, the project leader should be the person that assures their employees as well as their clients. If they can fulfill all the requirements but cannot be trusted, they are not fit to lead projects for us at XsperaApac.
The same questions should be asked for the enterprises as well. Do they meet all requirements to be digital transformed and do they have the right human skills?
The answer is YES to both. Digital transformation can help enterprises to become a dominant local and regional player in the industry. Organizations should focus locally before expanding regionally.

With that being said, companies are feeling the pressure of digital transformation. The answer should be it depends on the organization. Before adapting a new technology, they should fully understand the capabilities and also the risks of digital transformation. They should ask these questions:
By asking these questions to understand the situation, organizations can have a better vision of what to do when it comes to digital transformation. If they are not ready and committed to making digital transformation, then they might bring more harm than benefits. The critical question is what happens to their business if they do nothing? Will they still exist in 5 years?
