HD SAISON, founded in 2007, offers consumer lending services. The bank is based in Ho Chi Minh City and is among the three largest finance companies by total loans in Vietnam. HD SAISON operates as a subsidiary of Ho Chi Minh City Development Bank (HD Bank).
HD Saison values their customers and the quality of their consulting. Yet as a traditional way, the whole process from first contact to finalizing a consumer loan can be a tedious process. Considering customer details confirmation and research up to optional loan securities – it requires time. In more complex situations, such a process can even take weeks. Furthermore, such “manual” handling is prone to errors.
Today and especially in fast-growing markets like Vietnam, this delay is unsurvivable.
